Refund Policy

If a product or service we provide to you is faulty, has been wrongly described by us, or is different to what you purchased, you may request a refund, exchange or credit.

For web hosting services, we define “faulty” to mean the hosted content (such as a website or emails) is not accessible to internet users for a cumulative period of more than 4 hours in any given calendar month due to a problem within our control and caused by us.

We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision when purchasing a product or service from us.
