Far North Fishing Weipa Wanted A Website

Far North Fishing Weipa specialise in premium, guided fishing charters from Weipa. In 2020 they are expanding their operations and wanted a website, to help promote their charters and Weipa as a fishing destination. They also wanted a new look for their business. RJ New Deigns worked with them to develop a logo and brand, then create a website which would effectively promote their business and appeal to the target market. The new site is now live and we’re all loving its look.

Every new client and project is different. Far North Fishing Weipa had some amazing resources, in their fantastic images and clear vision of what they wanted to achieve with their new site. We worked with them to share this vision, providing advice and suggestions on the site plan and navigation structure to achieve best results.

Once that was confirmed, we set to work writing the content for the new site. While we aren’t fisherfolk, we do have a background and qualification in journalism and more than 20 years’ experience writing marketing and SEO copy. Combine that with the fantastic input from Kurt and Jaime, owners of Far North Fishing Weipa, and we weaved together 14 web pages of content.

Whilst that was happening, we also liaised with them and a graphic designer to create a new logo and branding elements for the business. While Kurt and Jaime gathered their image and video resources for the website.
